The prices are recommended only for customers that have a delivery address in the Nigeria.

The products that appear on the website are only available till end of stock.  

Products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.

Afriluxe wants to offer its customers the best prices in the online market by updating the rates according to the needs of its users. The prices that appear crossed out make reference to the price of departure on the web. The largest price is equivalent to our current retail price including VAT.

All product prices are shown with VAT.
Afriluxe prices are liable to change at any time. In that case, the products will be invoiced with the price they had at the moment the purchase was registered.

Credit card: You can pay with credit/debit card with no additional charge.

Afriluxe keeps its right for not delivering or processing any purchase that has not been previously paid at all or part of a previous purchase or with whom there is a dispute of active payment and any purchase that has evidence of payment fraud or whose formalization has not been completed by bank transfer. 
Afriluxe controls all the purchases registered on its website. These controls are intended to protect Afriluxe from abusive practices of fraud. 
Our Customer Service may request all the necessary information before processing a purchase (payment receipt, billing address, etc.).These requests will be made by email or phone: 
- In case of a purchase registered with a different delivery address from the billing address indicated. 
- If is a new customer. 
- In case of a purchase of more than 50.000 Nairas 
- In case of signs of credit card fraud.

All the payments are 100% secure.

The recurrent customer can use his/her password to avoid filling forms previous to shopping. 
Afriluxe recognizes customers who are already registered as own clients.
This password is considered strictly confidential and personal and should not be disclosed or divulged to anyone.
In case that a Afriluxe customer forgets or loses its password, it must use the appropriate link to access the website.
To facilitate the customer identification, it is necessary to provide simultaneously a password and an email address, authorizing in this way to Afriluxe to register in your system a file called "cookie" whose sole purpose is to facilitate such identification.

The deliveries are processed the following working day after the purchase's reception and will be received by the customer within 8 working days for Lagos (12 working days for other locations), counting from the formalization and registration of the purchase number. This period may be altered by a fortuitous event or force majeure event and may delay the delivery due to causes beyond the control and management of Afriluxe.

Despite our strict quality controls, for reasons beyond our control, you might receive a product with a manufacturing defect or shabby.

In case of defective product, the seller shall proceed with the reparation, replacement, price reduction or termination of contract as appropriate, steps that will be completely for free to the consumer or user. The seller shall be liable for any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within a period of two years from delivery. The consumer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of having the same record. You can contact our customer service team to process a purchase cancellation. You must deliver the products in their original packaging and with a copy of the purchase invoice. On reception of the products in our warehouse, and once verified that the return conditions are met, we will proceed to refund the amount plus shipping and refund costs in the same way that made the payment.

In all phases of website access, query, form filling, ordering, delivery or any other service, Afriluxe assumes no responsability for damages or impairments resulting from the use of Internet. Afriluxe will not assume any responsibility in case of failure in the provision of service, external intrusion or computer virus. Similarly, the situations that the Supreme Court's case law defined as force majeure fully exempt Afriluxe of this responsibility.

The content of this website is owned by Afriluxe Nigeria Limited Intellectual Property legislation gives it the exclusive rights to such content.

Therefore, Afriluxe Nigeria Limited prohibits partial or total use to third parties, unless otherwise agreed in writing in this regard. Consequently, the total or partial reproduction, by any physical or electronic means, of the content of this website is expressly prohibited.

Afriluxe Nigeria Limited shall take all appropriate legal means for preventing unauthorized use of the content of the website www.afriluxe.com.ng

The voucher codes are received through our sponsorship system or the marketing department of the company.

The voucher codes are transferable, but only one can be used per order.
The conditions to exchange the voucher codes will be sent or published, being some of the requirements: minimum purchase retrictions, a certain purchase period or a new customer's first purchase.

Promotions and discounts are not accumulative. Therefore, the voucher codes are not applicable to products labeled as "offers".

The competitions and draws organized by Afriluxe are participation-free with no obligation to buy. The winners will be notified by e-mail and/or by phone. The prize will neither be compatible with other promotions nor accumulated to recommended products.

Except in case of special events, the vouchers are valid for 3 months and the gift-checks for one year.

If the gifts amount is lower than the order value, the customer will have to pay the difference by any of our payment methods.

The participants accept to receive our newsletter once they give us their e-mail address. Afriluxe is entitled to postpone or cancel a competition assuming no responsibility due to problems caused during the course of the event.

The participation in the competition means the total acceptance of its rules which could be modified at any time by the inclusion of an additional clause by the events organizer, taking into account the settled conditions.

Any action of fraud attempt in order to receive benefits may suppose legal actions.

All the comments must fulfill the rules of participation listed below and always respect other users. Otherwise, Afriluxe reserves the right to refuse publication of those reviews. 

• Contents whose content or links may be considered defamatory, insulting, abusive or libelous, including those that constitute advocacy of terrorism or violence in general, or those which may involve any violation of the rights of children and childhood.

• Comments with racist, sexist, homophobic, discriminatory gender identity or that, in general, can be interpreted as an attack to any group or minority based on aspects such as nationality, sex, religion, age or any physical or mental disability will not be accepted.

• Comments may not include threats, insults, or personal attacks to other participants in the discussion forum.

• Comments harboring spam, commercial or advertising material specifically protected by copyright will not be accepted.

• Comments whose only purpose is to sabotage the blog's debate (one paragraph, link, phrase, etc., repeated 25 times, for example) will be deleted.

• Comments containing obscene or pornographic material will be removed in case Afriluxe considers that may attempt against the reader's rights, especially those being minors.

Afriluxe reserves the right to completely remove comments that do not comply with these performance standards or deemed not fit the theme thereof. Afriluxe will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through their participation tools.

Afriluxe reserves its right to modify what considers relevant in its webpage even without prior notice, being able to change, cancel or add the contents and services on its site as long as the way they are presented or found.     

The relation between Afriluxe Nigeria Limited and the user will be governed by the Legal legislation.
